Accessed via your own self contained entrance and key safe you are able to treat Avondale as your own property during your stay.

THE ACCOMODATION
Enter through your own entrance (this is your space and not shared by us or other guests) into a spacious lobby area after accessing your keys via the key safe, come up the stairs and into the kitchen area which comprises quartz worktops, integrated sink and drainer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and fridge. In the cupboards you'll find everything you need and everything a kitchen should have.
Walk down into the bedroom and living room and instantly be confronted by a beautiful large bay window which boasts a Victorian feel. This space features an LG 50" smart TV with Netflix, electric blinds, hooks to hang your clothes plus much more including a relaxing zone where you can sit back and enjoy a glass of something fresh.
Sleeping arrangements include a king sized bed with deluxe memory foam mattress and luxury fold out bed. Additional bedding, pillows and sheets can be found in a basket in the lobby area.
Enter the bathroom and you'll be met by what you'd expect, fresh towels and bath mat, large walk in shower with rainfall effect shower, toilet and sink. Heat your towels on the towel rail and relax in this cosy but modern space.
Leave your car in a free large car park opposite or park on the side of the road outside also free then explore Lytham on foot being only 250 yards from Lytham Green and half an mile from the centre of Lytham.
